Travel restrictions
You ensure that you are compliant with all applicable laws due to any kind of travel restrictions and accommodation stay. You are up to date and have read all relevant government travel policy and will ensure to let us know if you are unsure of restrictions, if you are not compliant or if you are feeling unwell.
Cancellations
Cancellations 3 months or more prior to arrival – payment will be refunded less an administrative fee.
Cancellations 1-3 months prior to arrival – 50% of the payment will be forfeited.
Cancellations less than one month prior to arrival – 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
No Party Policy
We have a no party policy unless a function is booked.
Additional Notes:
As our prices are very reasonable we ask that our guests please leave our home neat and tidy upon leaving.
We also ask that our guests please turn off all lights, aircon, fans, and close all windows.
We have no smoking inside the house, outside only.
We do allow gatherings at further costs and additional rules apply.
We are very flexible about refunds.
